Leo Stoyanov is Chair of HL7 Ukraine.

Founder at Selenium Health. Leonid is an architect and software developer. His experience covers solving tasks from creating applications from scratch to optimizing existing corporate-level solutions. He has experience in developing the Healthcare BaaS Platform in the USA. Leo is active in tourism and has 3 children.

Technical Lead

Andrii Krylov is the Technical Lead of Affiliate.

Our members work at 7 workgroups: Patient, Medications, Laboratory, Finance, Inpatient, Outpatient, Chronic disease monitoring.

Some highlights and major achievements - since establishment

The first and the main achievement is built government e-health ecosystem of National Health Service using HL 7 FHIR ©. All requests that requested to inpatient from primary care and encounters for inpatient care are stored at a government e-health system using HL7 FHIR © standard.

We attendeed in Public Health National Conference in 2019 and received invitation again to Autumn 2020.

Plans for the future?

• Increase Organizational members to 20 and Individuals to 100 members.
• Establish cooperation with medical associations for building healthcare quality system using HL7 Standards.
• Create HL7 FHIR © training center.
• Update bachelor medical degree with course of HL7 Standards in Ukrainian Universities.
• Localizing HL7 Standards and creating implementation guides for HL7 FHIR©.
